THE RELATION OF ISLAM AND ENVIRONMENT

                The Holy Quran states that man is the noblest of created. Man is God's caliph on His earth. God has sent the messengers and prophets revealed The Holy Books and the which bring good tidings and warnings to people. Ass muslim, we must believe that there is twenty five prophets ass say in the holy Quran. They order us to believe to Allah SWT. But In the reality, parts of people righteous and the other ass dissident in this world. This is need internalization from us that live is dedication to lord this world. Allah create man with mission ass caliph in this World. Allah say in the Holy Quran:

وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً

Meaning:

    "Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth". (Q.S. Al-Baqarah: 30)

          The concept of environment is broad and is used in many different ways. The environment is the medium which man lives. It is necessary that the mother's womb is  the first environment, home is an environment, school is an  environment, the place we live is an environment, the earth is an environment and the whole universe is an environment.

According Stockholm, he say that The environment is the sum of the material and social resources available at a given time and place to satisfy the needs and aspirations of man.

We derive from Some Important facts about the relationship Between man and universe, in the light of the Shari'a. The which are Necessary for the the life of Man as caliph on this earth:  

• The Relationship between the Muslim and the environment is a religious and moral relationship.
• Islam's care for the environment stands on the basis of faith.
•  The moral dimension in dealing with the environment is necessary for life to be righteous and for the correct progress of the order of existence.
• The linkage of reward and punishment in Islam's concern for the environment.
•  Islam stresses and affirms the high position of the man of knowledge who through arrives to understanding of God's signs in the universe and the earth, astronomy, medicine etc.

            Ass conclusion, Islam cares for the environment in every sense of the word and in all its aspects whether in relation to the earth and the laws dealing with it. Every Individual Should Realize true his responsibility on this earth and the truth of caliph. Man Should abandon frivolity, oppression and lack of concern for the environment. So that, we Should care for the environment and keep it all our live.
